The SY Newsletter: Autumn HT2 (2026/27)
Good afternoon yogi!

Autumn has well and truly arrived in the last couple of weeks with the colder, rainier days and the dark evenings creeping forward; but that hasn't stopped you making time for yoga! Thank you to everyone who has continued to support us by still coming to class as we transition into what can be a more challenging time of year for many.
Despite the short days, there's still lots coming up with Halloween tomorrow, Bonfire Night next week, and dare we say the 'C' word in just 8 weeks!! And with this in mind, it's important to remember to be kind to yourself more than ever, take time where and when you need it, and build/maintain those strong support networks!
It's been a busy one both on and off the mat this Half Term! But seeing as you already know most of what I've been up to on the mat, here's some off the mat moments I'd love to share with you....

1) We adopted a 9-week-old kitten from WoodGreen Animal Shelter!
2) I delivered a yoga session to the Sparklers Group at Keech Hospice Care.
3) It was my birthday!
4) Organised a Hen-Do for my lovely Mum.
5) Crocheted day and night to make bouquets for the wedding!
6) Spent a day celebrating love with my wonderful family at my Mum and Step-Dad's wedding :)

Tomorrow marks the last day of this year's ADHD Awareness Month, and on that theme I'd like to share with you that over the course of the summer, I have had to come off my ADHD medication, which I have been taking for around 5 years, due to other health issues. This means I am struggling to complete daily tasks that are usually pretty easy to keep on top of. You may notice I'm not quite myself at the moment, and this is why. I'd be grateful of your support as I navigate this new normal for me, and give me a bit of leeway if I get things wrong or forget something entirely!
Right, now we're well and truly caught up: here's your latest timetable for the upcoming Half Term...

We're taking a short break from Saturday 31st October to Saturday 7th November. As always, should you need to contact us urgently, please message 07454 226213 and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Emails will not be monitored during this time.
We hope you have a great week and stay safe over Halloween and Bonfire Night. Looking forward to seeing some of you at Kid's Class on Sunday 8th November!
